Andrew James Somers (born 31 December 1942), known professionally as Andy Summers, is an English guitarist who was a member of the rock band the Police. Summers has recorded solo albums, collaborated with other musicians, composed film scores, and exhibited his photography in galleries.

Every Breath You Take The Police live Oakland 1983
Live, September 10th, 1983, Oakland Alameda County Stadium. This event was called "Day On The Green #3". There were 59.800 people in the audience - sold out.
Thanks Maj Marty Hogan for letting us know that December 31 is the 75th anniversary of the birth of English guitarist Andrew James Somers who was a member of the rock band the Police.
I saw the Police play at outdoor concerts in Darmstadt, West Germany on September, 18 1983 at the Stadion am Böllenfalltor during the Synchronicity tour.
