I'm sick to death of Canada's entitlement. EVERYTHING they have, they owe to us. Every. Single. Thing. Because a significant portion of their GDP does NOT go to defense because they know we will protect them. So they're content to run out of replenishment ships. Why not? We'll resupply them. They're content to let their destroyers go derelict. Why not? We'll protect them. They're content to spend billions on sub-par submarines that never go active. Why not? Our SSN's'll do the job. I understand that human nature dictates that you mooch off anyone willing to let you mooch. Which, we clearly are. I don't blame them for that. What I blame them for is accepting all the help and protection we extend on one hand, and then trying to take some moral high ground on the other, like they're somehow better than us. Which they do.

LTC (Join to see) The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department uses concrete ‘piles’ made in Canada and barged to Los Angeles when they rebuild piers and docks. Most Americans have zero idea of America’s trade with Canada!

I remember reading that Canada is the biggest trading partner in 36 of the 50 states.
