It was not just Biden who described the FDR attempt at court-packing as "boneheaded", the Dem controlled Congress told FDR the same.

SSgt Joseph Baptist - That Dem controlled Congress of "New Dealers" wasn't going to allow FDR to overreach and disrupt an equal branch of Government. This Congress, with Pelosi, Schumer, et al. lacks that restraint and judgement.
