Living in harsh conditions while on a deployment, or temporarily while on an excursion of choice, is different than being required to live in them for years at a time. Prison isn't meant to be Shangri La.....but neither should it be without basic humanity.

I just think that the whole tent city thing was about the good sheriff making a name for himself.....now he may get a taste of his own medicine. That's karma.

Since I hope he spends the next year in jail/tent you can look it up yourself. In this case an appeal would be laughed out of court.

The judge should be disbarred for violating federal immigration law by ordering the Sheriff not to enforce it. This is not a done case.

CSM Charles Hayden - This case is absolutely done. The criminal ex-sheriff is not even appealing . You misunderstand what the judge ordered and why he ordered it
