The only gripe I have about this testing done is that it displaced many mcronesians. They were promised federal benefits by the federal government but left housing and care up to the states which is why so many of make up the growing homeless population here in Hawaii it was just the lack of responsibility that really grinds my gears about this situation.

PFC (Join to see) Sadly the Micronesian peoples also suffered by their own people. Yes, the United States had and still has an obligation to the families of those displaced. It is not just the U.S. though. I know that the money that is paid for our usage of those islands does not go to making life better for their people. Greed is something that transcends cultural barriers.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - your right PO3 one of my best battle buddies is die hard patriot to the US joined because he feels even more strongly then me that America is force for good. He mentioned that it was much Micronesias own government fault that they have been misusing the money's granted to them buy the US.

PFC (Join to see) - Look at the Island of Ebeye in the Kwajalein Atoll. It is a third world island. Yes the U.S. could step in and fix this, but so could the Federated States of Micronesia who is being paid for the use of Kwajalein.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - I agree it's delicate situation. I mean the US could create stipulations on what any monetary grants could be used for but that may not have favorable result at the same token the the status quo in that area sucks and needs something done.
