LTC (Join to see) For my civil marriage by a 'Registrar' in Edinburgh in 1992, a witness was required. The soon to be wife dashed out of the building and came back with a pair of witnesses!

After the ceremony, I offered the young husband 20£ as a gratuity. He said, "No thanks, we are doing fine.' In response to my query re: his employment, he said, 'We're on the Dole.'

And Britain cannot afford a Navy?

What where you doing in Scotland in 92 CSM? I left in winter of 90. Late October, early November? I was there when the Plane got blew up by the Islamic terrorists from Libya.

Cpl Mark A. Morris - I knew one of the flight attendants who lost her life and Lockerbie Scotland. She was from La Palma California and she was in the same play that I was in 9th grade. She was in the alternate cast of Merchant of Venice. She played Portia. She loves Shakespeare so much that she went to stratford-on-avon to live and learn more about Shakespeare in England.
