As usual, NWS is hedging. Whenever I see such a broad forecast, I know implicity, they do not any idea as to onset and clearing.
The onshore flow is a major consideration, but I do not think this is the case here.

Sebring - 3,000-3,500 CU
Showers Ending by Mid-Morning, early afternoon.

Partly Cloudy. You will be good to go. As I said, models go
with Climatology, until a change airmass.
DISCUSSION
This moves east of the forecast area
Wednesday night with a return to the more scattered to
numerous diurnal convection for Thursday through Sunday.
Daytime high temperatures will remain near to a few degrees
below normal through Wednesday then return to near normal
for the rest of the period while overnight lows continue to
be near to a few degrees above normal.
