Someone needs to explain to former President Barack Obama that there has been an election. They should use very short, though complete sentences. Hillary's loss was a repudiation of his legacy. Nothing he can say will change that. He should now follow the example of former President Bush (and so many others) who lived out their lives in discreet quiet. He's only embarrassing himself.

I agree with much of this.....thats why it was so phony when Trump claimed only he could fix it. As for Perry......he wanted to eliminate the Dept of Energy.....without even knowing what they did there.....as he now admits. That demonstrates a total lack of knowledge about the Dept he now leads.....and very poor judgment on his part. I sure there were many people more qualified for that position than Perry.....strictly a political favor in appointing him IMHO......its too important of a job for that.....which tells me Trump doesn't give it much importance either.
