George, the article called 'THEY DON'T WANT TO PLAY SOLDIER' is in black and white. I bought the 75th Anniversary Special from the Saturday Evening Post last year and that article I was originally trying to find. It is in black and white as an attachment and I that article is Way better than this one. It is very hard to read and I can't zoom in.

The problem is that the equipment can only be held together with bubble gum and bailing wire for so long- then it needs to be replaced. When I was in, we were still working with equipment from the '60s, tents are one thing, jets are completely different! IMO we have the obligation and responsibility to give our service members the tools they need to not only be successful, but stay alive.
