I don't usually post when an actor dies- but he played some great roles and will be missed. Loved him in Twister, Tombstone, and Texas Rising. Always seemed like a patriotic guy.

Thanks for letting us know Bill Paxton passed away at age 61 from surgical complications Maj Marty Hogan
AS somebody who survived complications in two life-threatening surgeries [torsion of the testicle in 1972 and mitral valve repair in 2003] and one other one [colon resection in 2008], I appreciate the risks of surgery.
