There is one in Kentucky too; it was built for a rich man's bride, but she left him before it was completed. It sat uncompleted for years until it was bought and turned into a luxury tourist inn.

This is the Bishops Castle in Galveston. Built in 1887, it has survived all of the hurricanes that have gone through Galveston.

Sgt Kelli Mays - Its no longer a Bishops palace. It's a tourist attraction now. Purity ain't it?
