KING: Arrest the Tulsa officer who killed Terence Crutcher

As a member of the LE community, it pains me when something like happens. Once a full investigation is completed, and "IF" she is found negligent/guilty, I hope she is prosecuted to the fullest. It is incidents like these that give ALL of us in law enforcement a bad name and leave us to deal with the community backlash...which is no easy task, a lot of the time. I extend my personal condolences to Mr. Crutcher's family.

My question would be: The officer shot him as another was tazing him. She couldn't hold fire until Crutcher was on the ground? You can taze multiple times, so why fire? I also ask why she and the other officers made the narrative he was not cooperating. Why are we seeing this play out over and over again with this book of catch phases they use? Some ARE justified, others like this protects the cop, but has nothing for the victim. So this officer and those with her get their stories straight, write it up and brief the boss, and the boss briefs the media. Now the dashcam footage is out, and it proves the gentleman did nothing wrong, and the shooting was an excessive use of force. ANY of us on here harm a hair on a cop, you won't be placed on admin leave. You might get admin seg while you wait to see the judge. It doesn't take but a few seconds to arrest a regular Joe for murder, but she'll be collecting a check at the house until the DOJ finishes their end of the investigation? It would almost seem that there is justice for the cops when something happens to them, but when it happens to a minority or a poor White person, justice is suing the city and getting some chump change as a way of "winning the ghetto lottery". This is the second time Tulsa has had someone shoot an unarmed man that once everything came out, the cop was in the wrong. With the release of that dash cam footage, emotionally she should be arrested with the quickness, but logically we have to wait for the investigation to end. Don't try to judge her? We don't need to; the dash cam does it for us.

I'm going to take that crazy position of saying that we need to get the full story before we start shooting at cops again. This story is clearly written by someone who wouldn't know impartiality if his life depended on it. This is the journalism that sells papers. We also had witnesses in past case that said that hands were up which were proven false. POTUS very hypocritically asked the media to wait for the facts when his precious Islamist went into Thanksgiving turkey carving mode. Let's see how long it takes The race baiters to descend like locusts for this case. Once again, we see escalation of force by those who just can't be bothered by complying with a lawful order from the police. Well, whatever your personal belief on the matter, no matter what direction the investigation takes, no matter who will be prosecuted or not, the end result was the same.......another person is dead. I do what the police say and I take my ass home alive. There is no conspiracy for police to kill black people, but there is a campaign to make things as hard as possible for the police. Justice will be done. But in some people's minds justice is never served.
