SSG Warren Swan It is evident you didn't watch any. First, Biles did have her hand over her heart during the national anthem. It was Gabby Douglas that did not. Not sure why she did not but time will tell. Biles has been universally praised as the world class athlete she is especially considering the rough start in life she had to overcome. Biles was even honored to carry the flag at he closing ceremonies.
Lochte and company have not been let off the hook. He is already losing sponsorships and faces disciplinary action from US Swimming and possibly the US Olympic team. Two of his teammates were detained, interrogated and fined by the Brazilians already. More to come on this one.
If US wrestling did not put their had over their heart I did not see it and cannot find a video of it on the internet with a quick look.
I think you might be missing a few factoids in your analysis of what went on at the Olympics. Your prism may be malfunctioning on this one.

LTC (Join to see) - If you read my whole comment, that is why I had them go outside as to not offend their belief system, respect to them as well to the U.S.A., remember other students were offended by their actions...38 years, only two students who went outside, or they would be ridiculed by their classmates...

PO3 Steven Stinnett - By sending them outside, you are telling them that they are different, are less.
As long as they sit quietly and don't interfere, they ARE showing respect.

I can see that your a different generation than mine, you do not sit during the Pledge or the National Anthem, that is a direct insult to our flag and the U.S.A.

PO3 Steven Stinnett - There is no requirement by students to stand for the flag. Forcing them to or shaming them for not doing it (segregating or putting them outside or whatever) is more of an affront to what the flag stands for than anything else.

I watched a bunch of the olympics and most people didn't have their hands over their hearts.
