Canadian Military Testing ‘Bionic’ Knee Brace for Troops

That is interesting news SP5 Mark Kuzinski. Thanks for letting us know that the "Canadian military has begun testing what a company is calling “the world’s first bionic knee brace” to help troops better absorb the impact from carrying all the gear and equipment on the modern battlefield."
Hopefully a bionic ankle brace is in the works since the ankles will be the focal point of downward stress once stress is taken off the knees.

I wonder if this could be used as an alternative to knee replacement surgery? I for one am going to need double knee replacement in the next 10 or so years.
