Thanks for mentioning and honoring former President Gerald Rudolph Ford Jr. on his birthday SGT John " Mac " McConnell.
When I enlisted in November 1974 I had the dubious distinction to have the same last name as the President of the USA and more troubling personally to me the same last name as one of my drill sergeants who insisted I was the proverbial black sheep of the extended family as strategic moments :-)
