I have one simple question.
In so very many of these cases, the victim is doing something that is stupid and against the law. I am not asking about degree of wrong, or not deserving of death or anything like that. That is NOT what I am asking. What I am asking is why is there such a propensity for breaking the law? I mean honestly, what part of It is against the law do these people not get?
I am not saying that these shootings are justified, not at all not in this forum. I am asking a simple question..."What part of it is against the law did they not understand?"
**When a Cop Pulls you over, pull over...
**When a Cop asks you to not walk down the middle of the road, obstructing traffic, get on the sidewalk
**When it is against the law to sell untaxed cigarettes, don't sell them
**It may only be shoving a Quick Stop clerk, but it is still Assault
**It may have only been shoplifting cigars, but it is stealing
In almost every instance of police shooting, there was resistance, fighting back or failure to exercise the first of the Miranda rights...The Right to Shut The F**K UP. Someone please explain to me why in the inner cities Crime and Criminals are looked at differently than in Small Town North Carolina where I live and moved to to get away from the city and those that live there.

COL Johnny Powers
Roger, I believe we have seen with great public attention that the law no longer matters if there are "other" political or social "issues".
