I think it is good to have diversity in leadership good for the organization. I actually work with MAJ Lisa Jaster the reserve female that completed ranger training

Thanks for the update SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I am still having trouble adjusting to the title of the Maneuver Captain's Career Course. I went through the Infantry Officers Advanced Course at Fort Benning in 1984 and later the Combined Arms and Services Staff School in 1986 after company command. Both IOAC and CAS3 are now schools that were eliminated many years ago.

Some of the schools actually changed names and the materials covered in some of the courses were included in other courses. I ran into this a lot when computing promotion points. PLDC and BLC were once referred to as BNOC and PNOC or maybe it was the other way around. Anyway, the courses contained the necessary information and met the requirements for promotion.
