I think one must consider that in the days of Vietnam, seeking help was often viewed as a weakness. While we may have improved, I doubt that we have totally eliminated that problem.

You know the government did NOT pay for "The Wall". It was all of us veterans. I go once a year and cry like a baby. My wife just holds my hand, she knows there is nothing she could say to help....
