Ferguson, Baltimore, Travon Martin and now police officers. Trash Trump all you want, but the last eight years have been the most divisive in my life time and that has nothing to do with Trump. The decline of race relations has been unbelievably sad and this is not the change any of us wanted.

Received Sir. Thanks. Something to be said about the poor tactics employed but the outcome has already been decided so no point belaboring it. His death was definitely preventable.

CPT Ahmed Faried - yep. moral of the story is don't take a gun (even a toy gun) to a public park and point it at people. The cops have a hard enough job as it is. Don't make it harder by doing something stupid.

CPT Mark Gonzalez - In the early 60's my father took some hits on his Naval Career. He was a staunch advocate of civil rights. He put this into practice by flying certification flights on black pilots when it became obvious that they was an unofficial policy of failing them. He was senior enough (Navy Captain) that anything they put in his SRB better be factual. His fitreps contain comments like "nigger lover" eats with the negroe officers club" "requires white officers to attend functions when negroes are allowed to attend". His other "crime" was that he married a Mexican citizen.

I tell this because it will illustrate your point. My brother and I entered the service, (him Army, me Marines), with views on race that my father would have been proud of. My brother left the Army a profound racist (including Mexicans, odd since he is half Mexican). He doesn't go out of his way to cause non-whites a problem, but he would gladly return to segregation. Why he changed is not a topic for discussion.

My views never changed, I would no more discriminate professionally or socially based on race, ethnicity, creed, or gender than I would based on tea or coffee preference.

PO3 Sam Crowell - In my neck of the woods, most of the Fast Food workers are former UAW factory workers whose jobs moved to overseas or to right to work states (before Michigan became a right to work state). The vast majority are in their 40's or older.

LOL, 0bama saying ANYTHING about 'vulgar and divisive' campaigning is the perfect example of the 'pot calling the kettle black' guess he conveniently forgot what he said in Philly while campaigning in 2008:

Locked in a campaign against Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain, Obama told a crowd in Philadelphia in June 2008 , “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun, because from what I understand, folks in Philly like a good brawl.”

What fracking MORON!!!

Has anyone ever stopped to think that the reason for this happening at Trump rallies is because the Democrats and Republicans do not want Trump in the White House and will stop at nothing to derail his run? According to all the voting, it shows Trump is winning over the other candidates and that scares the Republicans because they know that they can not control him. I'm not a big fan of Trump. The only thing I like about him is does not use the politically correct approach. He tells it like he sees it and does not pull any punches.

MSgt what do the Dems have to gain with Trump running? You don't see Hillary or Bernie bringing out anyone to talk about voting against the other. Both of the Dems are pretty much having a civil (in political terms) candidacy. She had Bill stump for her, but he's her husband, so nothing new there. It's clearly the GOP is running scared. Again you don't see the Dems having anyone sign anything to pledge their loyalty, but the GOP did. No one on the Dems side is mentioning running on a separate ticket if they aren't the party nominee. Trump has mentioned that numerous times. There are hecklers at Dem rallies, but virtually no violence. Not at Trumps rallies. No Dem candidate has spoken out about paying the legal fees of anyone who does something to anyone at their rallies. Trump has. So no it's not the Dems that are running scared and being put out of the running it's clearly the GOP who thought Trump was a joke, and now they're spending millions of their dollars to shut him down. Not the Dems. When the nominees are presented and begin the debates for Novembers election, you'll see Hillary eat Trump for breakfast. All of his bombastic lines are going to come home to roost, and if Megan Kelly is a moderator, she's going to make Trump answer for it, She doesn't like Clinton any more, but Trump will catch her ire real quick. Trump is a blessing that "some" would say is long overdue in the political world, but the DNC is also thanking him. He took out Jeb Bush the heir apparent to the WH, and their favorite son.

The Democrats are scared of Trump because they know they can't control him either. The Democrats are also using Trump to take the light off of Hillary and her CRIMINAL acts that she has committed. If Hillary gets into the White House, this country will be in a world of hurt. She can not be trusted. She stated on National TV that she never lies, that is a HUGE LIE. Remember when, as First Lady she said they were under "sniper" fire? Yet, they never were and when the media showed pictures and film footage of her and Bill walking and talking to people on the flightline, all of a sudden Hillary said she "misspoke". Or the time she said that they were "dead broke" wen they left the White House, yet still had net worth of millions? That is just one of many lies she has said over the years. SHE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH ANYTHING!
