Thanks SSgt (Join to see). WE are experiencing light snow with freezing rain forecasted for late afternoon into evening between Martinsburg, WV and Sterling, VA. Right now e have a nice coating of snow on the ground which reminds me of an ermine blanket.

Probably the Driest Winter Snow/Rain than I've ever seen here in Kansas City. Hope like hell we have a very wet Spring otherwise we are in for a World of Hurt.

I would hate to see the Port of Kansas City have to close again. It is dependent of the water in the Missouri River and was closed from 2007 to 2012. Need at least 9ft of water to make it functional.
