15+ years experience as an Active Army Career Counselor (79S) and have been very fortunate to have strong leaders and mentors throughout my career which empowered me to become successful. Command Career Counselor
Serves as the principal leader, senior manager, policy administrator, and expert technical advisor on all aspects of the Army Retention Program for US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), the Army's largest four-star command. Formulates, directs and, oversees the training/development for 3 geographically dispersed corps, 9 divisions, and 8 direct reporting unit retention programs.
