The Manager, Strategic Project and Program Management, is responsible for driving completion of the strategic plan for the SAF Department of the American Red Cross. The Manager will use strategic planning and project management tools to oversee progress on strategic goals of the department. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing guidance and training for needs identified through the strategic planning process. The incumbent will also assist in the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives and identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect growth, cost and productivity.
