Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen Philippe’s French Dipped sandwiches in Los Angeles are indeed legendary! With sawdust on the floors, essentially community dining at the tables, and Hot Mustard which clears your sinuses before you depart, the clientele is a cross section of LA! Near the old LA Train Station, I could actually take a train or Metrolink there, grab a sandwich and maybe some macaroni salad and return home without driving downtown!

The one for Arkansas looks disgusting. I'm not a fan of catfish though. People eat some questionable things around here. Eat My Catfish does have good shrimp, though.
