About
Ruck-Up Recruiting LLC was established to help employers connect with the right candidates the first time. While we recruit from multiple candidate pools, we first look for military veteran candidates and family support members. Veterans have tangible skill-sets that are often overlooked by employers due to misunderstandings of their skill-sets or due to targeting the incorrect candidate pool. At Ruck-Up Recruiting LLC, we believe that employers should hire veterans based on skill and not just out of goodwill. By doing this, you will increase retention and loyalty to your organization. We love getting amazing people hired.

Why work here
Ruck-Up Recruiting’s mission is to connect employers with the right candidates, without all the smoke and mirrors. We do this by verifying that our candidates have the necessary skill-sets through sourcing the right candidate pools, interviewing the candidate before referring, and performing position specific assessments when requested. Candidates should be considered as human capital (invested asset) to an organization and not just a number.
