My experience has been helping veterans and current active duty members progress in their career and academic transition. Many veterans underestimate their self-worth and it is my personal core mission to show them their tangible abilities. I provide them resources, coaching, and motivation to help them reach their true potential.

Performed table setups at high schools and colleges for recruitment.
Contact, interview, and advised civilian personnel to obtain qualified applicants for enlistment into the Army.
Worked with schools, colleges, parents of prospective applicants, and others to present the Army as an employment and career opportunity.
Present formal and informal meetings on the advantages of joining the Army at civic and service organizations.
Develop relationships throughout the community to increase participation.
Developing multiple events to increase retention within our future soldier pool.
Developed marketing in local areas using market evaluations to increase effectiveness.
