The Islamic State has captured key Syrian military bases as it's seizing more territory in the north and east. President Obama is under pressure to authorize airstrikes in Syria, but he says it will take more than military strikes to defeat the Islamic State. What is the President's best course of action in this situation? How can we combat the 80,000 troops spanning Iraq and Syria?

It's like playing Axis & Allies, you can bomb your opponent's pieces off the board, but if you don't move some pieces in to occupy the space, they can take it right back on the next turn. Wow, even Milton Bradley - a toy maker - has figured out what governments apparently can not. Gee Whiz!
