They will be...starting wit SGMs/CSMs shortly after the officer assessment.

Officer side has been doing them since 2009, the only issue I have is that that you pick who conducts your assessment. 3 superiors, 4 peers, 4 subordinates. I think they should figure out a way to randomly select who conducts your 360. Unfortunately I think that may be impossible. The only mandate is a bullet statement for your OER stating that you have completed your 360 MSAF.
