Military Deputy and Senior Operations Officer
Execute duties as Senior Operations Officer for the United States Army Manpower Analysis Agency. Responsible for the planning, synchronization and execution of the agency's daily functions to support the manpower requirements determination mission of the agency in support of the Army, Joint and DoD organizations as needed. Senior point of contact for communication and coordination with the Manpower and Reserves Affairs (M&RA) staff. As needed, serve as a manpower study lead to provide senior leaders with the analytical underpinning to support organizational changes and or improve their operational effectiveness. Serve as the agency's Director, as needed.

Global Force Manager (Emergent Chief)
Serves as the Military Deputy and Emergent Lead for U.S. Africa Command in the J354 Global Force Management Directorate; develop statements of resources and force requirements in support of AFRICOM strategy and plans; conducts daily coordination with force managers at Joint Staff Global Force Management, SOCAF, MARFORAF, AFAF, USARAF, Task Force, to articulate requirements and sourcing solutions; provides timely and accurate force structure information to the USAFRICOM J35, the J3 and Commander USAFRICOM.

Force Manager
Serves as Force Integration and staff synchronization officer in G3 Force Management Integration Division. Responsible for integrating force management functions required to provide support to 16 INSCOM brigade or brigade equivalent units, consisting of over 10,000 military authorizations, with the capabilities to meet HQDA, ASCC (related Geographic Combatant Command/GCC) mission requirements. Coordinate organizational needs and implements programs to ensure fielding and sustainment of INSCOM MI force capabilities. Synchronize the efforts of the INSCOM Staff and Major Subordinate Commands.
