I'd like to hear from those of you who have a "V" after their name on this one.  Who do you think are the most veteran-friendly employers?  I know G.I. Jobs produces a list each year, but let's take our own internal RallyPoint poll and hear your responses!

I do have to say that TMC Transportaion is VERY veteran friendly. The only reason their fleet is not 100% veteran is because they cannot find enough veterans, qualified and interested, to fill all their trucks.

TMC Benefits:
• 90% of our drivers are home every weekend
• Our fleet averages $52,000 per year/top earners make over $80,000
• VA-Approved Apprenticeship Program
• Full Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
• 401K
• Life Insurance
• Rider Program
• Peterbilt Equipment
• Direct Deposit
• Industry Leading Flatbed Training
• Top CSA Score

TMC’s qualifications are listed below:
• Valid Class A CDL or In Process Of Obtaining Class A CDL
• No more than three recent moving violations
• Solid work history
• No DUI's in the last 10 years

LTC, Colorado Springs Utilities is friendly to Veterans however a certification is rewired for many occupations prior to consideration. I work in Water treatment getting my State Water Treatment Certification and being a vet was a great combination to get a new Carrier.

SFC Jerry Humphries - You're absolutely right. CSU is a great company that was recently honored by DOD for their support to the Guard and Reserve.
