Allow me to introduce you to Randle Curtis Conrad, or just Randle Conrad. Mr Conrad claims to be a former military officer. I found his picture here on Rallypoint. I couldn’t help to find it a bit odd. It doesn’t look right. I am by no means am I that guy from Taken but I have some talents that aid me in such situations. So if you look at the pic of 1LT Christopher S. Goeke you will see the similarities. The details in the flag and a few other things such as the facial features. But the cropping and photo shop is evident.
If anyone lives at Westminster, CO, you may know him. That is where he lives according to his tax records and his voter information.

I was also able to get a number and emails.

As you may have figured out I take this very seriously. I don’t have any sympathy for someone that takes valor from a soldier that was killed in combat. That is the lowest of lows. I hope his employer finds out. I wish I was able to find that info but I am still digging.
The latest pic is one of his posts from last month. So he has two CIBs. Well one issue is that he was an MP company commander at the time. Yeah, his story makes no sense.

1SG (Join to see), I am a Paratrooper with a mustache and know/knew several that had them while being a Paratrooper in and outside the 82nd Abn Div. And by the way, how is it a No Go, when having a mustache is allowed by regulation?
To be honest with you, I am highly disappointed with you, CSM Nicholas Rolling (CSM, 3rd BCT (2012)) and other 1SGs and CSMs in the Airborne community for perpetuating such a myth. There are only 2 regimental units in the US Army that have a No Facial Hair policy, that I know of, they are the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and the 75th Ranger Regiment.
I also say BS and here are the links to the relevant local standards -
XVIII Airborne Corps - Corps Pamphlet 600-2 (1 Jul 2010)
http://www.bragg.army.mil/soldiers/Documents/2010CORPS_PAM_600-2v3.pdf
82nd Airborne Division - DIV PAM 600-2 (7 Jan 2015)
http://www.bragg.army.mil/82nd/3bct/Documents/2014%20DIV%20PAM%20600-2.pdf
3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division - Panther Standards (1 Nov 2012)
http://www.bragg.army.mil/82nd/3bct/Documents/PantherStandardsFinalCopy23OCT12.pdf (this is the one of the three currently referenced that states the following - In keeping with the history and discipline of the 82nd Airborne Division, mustaches are strongly discouraged.)
As for the history and tradition of this particular policy, I know from personal experience and knowledge that a history and tradition statement in relationship to the 82nd Airborne Division is BS. As for the Ranger Regiment , I personally know some of the actors/personnel involved in starting this particular standard. As far as The Old Guard is concerned, I would direct you to asking Dr. Aubrey Butts (CSM (Retired), 82nd Abn Div and TOG)(enough of the name dropping).
Now if you are saying that by tradition that officers in the US Army in general do not wear a mustache, that would be a true statement. However, it is not a No Go situation, it is highly advisable that an officer not wear one. And by the way this is currently not a written policy - it is just a military politically correct thing to do.

I think he needs to be look at a lot closer, and he needs to back up his claim with document or be removed, and shared an on Facebook and other media outlets. If you're proud to be a fake you should be proud to be exposed.

The weird thing is his profile looks non descript or not unusual but his photo is like half cartoon or something.

I would say that his profile looks fake also but you would have to be Army to see the issues there. His assignments don't make any sense. It would be like saying you are a F-16 pilot and then you say you flew helicopters for a year. That just doesn't happen. You don't go from fighter jets to transport helicopters in the AF. If someone claimed that it would seem pretty odd.

If you look closer at his assignments and double check the job descriptions, you will see that some of them are from Army.com verbatim. Another one is quoted from Armchairgeneral.com.

Lowest of the lows! First, he MUST be banned immediately from RP. Then I think we should ALL visit his Facebook page and call him out. Then use the spam button and explain why. FB will delete his account there as well. So sad. He deserves to be horse-whipped.
( just checked, his FB page no longer exists, using the link you provided so graciously.)
Thanks,
Rick

Actually he has 4 FB pages. Since I blocked him some time ago I can't check on them. Randy Conrad, Curt Conrad and Conrad von Zollern. In addition to Randle Conrad.

Yet another douchebag asshat
Stolen Valor = Freedom of Speech.
Here's my freedom of speech. Garbage, just plain garbage, every single person that does this is garbage. I say Stolen Valor=Identity Theft and Fraud.
(Insert sarcasm below)
Would it be ok if I put on a police officer uniform? I mean I'm not a cop but it's my freedom of speech right? I can steal a uniform and claim to be a fallen police officer and the law says its ok right? Anyone has a uniform I can borrow? Please, I always wanted to wear a police uniform, I didn't earn it but I know I would look cool in it.
It burns me that this is ok, the garbage needs to be taken out, not allowed to accumulate and fester. This is the kind of crap that keeps me awake at night, the fact that my kids are growing up in a society that says it's ok to be fake, make false claims and be rewarded for it. It's hard enough raising kids, it's even harder when I say it's not ok yet the government says it is. I can only hope the integrity I have shown them so far is enough to get them through this life.

He should be executed at dawn CPT Russell Pitre, as should any stolen valor idiot; if true. The worse, by far, are those who try to assume the identity of someone killed in action. These guys need to know:

Certainly if you can do cross-eye image comparison the two images are identical, except for some pitifully obvious hacks to the one on the right.
I confess, I have no handle on why people would .... wait ... OK, the same condition that would make you do it would probably make you believe that nobody would notice.
