I failed weight and tape but I pass my pt test with 280 and up every time. What will happen to me?

Unfortunately it’s not all about passing PT, but professional appearance in uniform.

You'll be flagged for height and weight, but not APFT. At least you're relatively fit enough to work it off. The APFT hasn't been a good standard of fitness since they adjusted it (made it significantly easier to score high) in early 2000. When I joined a max score was 82 pushups, 92 sit-ups, and 11:54 run.

Flagged, counseled, etc., then:
COA 1. You lose body fat (weight) and make progress in the ABCP until you meet the standard, then the flag will be removed.
COA2. You fail to make progress in the ABCP, and you will be separated.
You should be aware of this if you failed to meet the ABCP, because the mandatory counseling should have covered what actions will, and may, take place.
The references are AR 600-9 Army ABCP, and AR 635-200 Active Duty Enlisted Administrative Separations.
