Thank you. As many times as I have looked at my DD-214, I never recognized it there. The MOS I have on my profile, is just the closest description I could find to what I did. It is only there, so I could complete a profile. Now, I can correct it.

I went back to change it, but it is the correct number. When I was scrolling the list, that description didn't show a number. When the edit screen came up, it had the number, which I, of course remembered as soon as i saw it. Thanks again for the assist.

Actually, that was the problem. It was in Roman Numerals, and my original 782 gear issue included a gladius and scutum. lol
