Both my part time jobs have been halted. Fortunately ( which sounds strange) I finally found a benefit from being wounded!? A guaranteed pay check

My volunteer work has definitely been impacted; we usually run workshops in groups of 10-15 military or veterans; now we are trying to work out how to do that virtually and still be effective.

If anyone can resolve this issue; I know you are more than capable of doing so Ma’am

Sgt (Join to see)
Lt Col Charlie Brown Your situation is a Total bummer as I would consider those workshops important and “essential” ; realistically wouldn’t face masks and s distancing solve the issue?

My job as been impacted insofar as I telework now; which was something I wasn't a big fan of before, but since the other option is NOT WORKING AT ALL, I'm starting to warm up to it. It's a heck of a good thing--lucky perhaps--on a personal level I have that option when many don't; and on a national level that we live in an age when technology enables many people to be able to work remotely that simply never existed in decades past.

SPC Kevin Ford see for me, I haven't been too comfortable with the idea, but now that I have no choice, I'm seeing its benefits.

Working from home has it's perks and its disadvantages. Turning disadvantages into strengths and assisting others selflessly in mirroring your strategy makes you the ideal leader SGT Dave Tracy.

I've been in remote work from home positions before - but never by force. Its a little different and frankly getting a little old

I've never been fortunate enough to work remotely at any of my jobs...but, my current job is only 12 minutes away, so I am fortunate.
