Commanders from all service branches and command levels did you have design your own Performance/Challenge Coin? If you have a picture of your Performance/Challenge Coin please share it on RallyPoint. There are some great coins out there and they can be very unique. Let's see how many we can get on RallyPoint!
Here is mine from the 89th Sustainment Brigade. Also, inked on my shoulder!

COL Mikel J. Burroughs I have designed several, ICW with my CSMs, several, Battalion, as a Deputy Brigade Commander I designed the Brigade Coin for OIF 6 - 8 (Funny story with that one).
This is my Garrison Commander's /CSM Coin. I presented one you General Casey when he visited Fort Leonard Wood after an EF3 tornado stuck FLW, and he literally stood there for 30-60 seconds (it seemed) and spun the spinner... He smiled. That coin is a pretty unique. Coins have come a long way.

Thanks for sharing your Performance/Challenge Coin COL Mikel J. Burroughs.
That wasn't an option in the units I served with. The infantry regiments had been around for a long time with lineage and honors which was required knowledge along with what the symbols on units crests represented.
