These are all the major schools/courses I've attended Ranger School, Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course (RSLC), Pathfinder School, Air Assault School, Rappel Master Course, Drill Sergeant School, Master Fitness Trainer Course (MFTC), Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Army Combatives School (Level I-III), Stryker Transition Course. Just remember the school/course you attend is only worth what you do with it. It's one thing to just attend a bunch of schools and wear a lot of badges and tabs. It's another to actually take the knowledge and experience back to your unit to apply it on a day to day basis. This is where a lot of leaders fail because they think it stops after they graduate. Ranger School for example taught me how far I can actually push my mind and body as well as how far I can push my Soldiers minds and bodies. I use this experience everyday and therefore use the training I received everyday. They tell you in Master Fitness that when you leave the course you will be a really good fitness trainer. It's not until years of applying what you learn that you become an actual Master Fitness Trainer.
