I am confused after talking to a few senior NCOs regarding the AGSUs. Do they count as a Dress uniform? The AGSU Implementation and Transition Strategy, dated 01 June 2020, paragraph 7 states "The Dress AGSU consists of..."

The AGSU will take over for the ASU in 2027. You can wear the AGSU in inspections or boards if you have the uniform already.
