There are some critical ideas in this article. The key one is start early. Don't wait until you are a couple of months from transition, start early, prepare and plan for it. After talking with folks out here that had trouble finding jobs. I offer you this advice if you are applying for jobs and submitting resumes, that is your job at the time 8-10 hours a day.
If you think submitting 5-10 a day which could be done in 30 minutes that is not looking or searching for employment. minimum 8 hours a day, every day until you get employed. If you are not getting call backs then get some help with your resume. Put this in your ruck or tool bag for future use. Best of Luck
