Sir- I have been in the Army for 28 years. Every leader I have had in my career has been a good leader, even the bad ones taught me what not to do.

At the battalion level...without question mine would be LTC Bradford and CSM Lehr. These two paired together reminded me of LTC Moore and CSM Plumley from the movie We Were Soldiers.
At the company level....I was very fortunate and had excellent leadership from the top. The best officer that I worked with was Captain Bost. I was also lucky and worked with two great 1SG. 1SG Van Royen and then 1SG Bridges.
