Does anyone have any information about how to obtain the Army’s CP-12 certification/designation?

The website is a bit confusing on the process, and I haven’t been able to find anything on RallyPoint, so figured I’d ask the community.

You need to fill a CP12 Safety slot and they need to send you to the school. I don't know if there is an equivalency for AD collateral duty safety personnel.
Did you see the Intern Option? https://safety.army.mil/CP-12/For-Interns
Certification with equivalencies. https://safety.army.mil/Portals/0/Documents/CP-12/TRAININGANDDEVELOPMENT/CP-12CERTIFICATEPROGRAM/Standard/2016_CP-12_Equivalency_Matrix.pdf?ver=2017-09-20-090335-820

Summer months for UAS units (especially in the desert) are when equipment issues typically occur. The system does not like heat and will let the operator know when it is being pushed too far.

Google army cp-12 certification to start. There are a number of courses offered online for free. And depending if you are Navy be r army some of the courses will cross over. There are a few that you or your command will have to pay for though.
