Are the Nike SFB GEN 2 LT” authorized for wear?

I received a pair of these from a friend that works for corporate Nike. I looked online (various sites) and the description states “Fully DA PAM 670-1 compliant.” Does anyone know if this is indeed a fact?

Yes, they are authorized, though it is recommended that you use them solely (no pun intended) for Garrison use, and not any strenuous field work.

If the material is made of synthetic suede, synthetic leather, or anything with the word synthetic, I would not recommend as it isn't a durable boots and not compliant with AR 670-1. Don't get me wrong, I love my first set of Desert Tan Nike Boots and it works for me during OCS, but it didn't last long before falling apart.
