Operation New Dawn (OND)
DOD Contractor to the Iraqi Federal Police through the Dept. of Defense & State. Assisted in the establishment of an Iraqi polygraph school. Graduated 24 polygraph examiners and certified 4 instructors in accordance with the American Polygraph Association and the American Association of Police Polygraphists. Conducted polygraphs for various intelligence agencies on intel sources.
