What do you think of noncitizens voting in American elections?

First of all, I hope I know the answer to this question, but one never knows, so I'm asking.
Today, in the "People's Republic of Maryland," this story broke: Non-citizens may be voting (http://www.wtop.com/46/3732751/Md-official-Noncitizens-may-be-voting). I believe it's a valid concern and something should be done to stop it.
What do you think?

I am not allowed to vote in Canada, Mexico, Germany, or any other country (as far as I know). Why should THEY be allowed to vote here?? They should not be. Simple as that. IF they want to vote, they can enter the country legally, apply for citizenship, meet all the requirements, then get a job and start paying taxes. Once citizenship is confirred on them, they may vote.

It is a right of the citizens of this nation to vote. If you are not a citizen you should have no say in the forming/running of the government.

Illegals/undocumented, what ever you want to call them, 1. have no business in this country, 2. as such have no business voting. Should they enter the system legally, and become eligible then it's a non-issue.

It is a right, and also a privilege. Sadly, too many do not enjoy that right/privilege.
