Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Managed the day shift of HSC motor pool operations. Developed work plan of evening motor pool operations. Mentored evening shift NCO's on leadership, awards recommendation, counselling and counsel writing, recovery operations, and repair recommendations. Recovery Team leader and operator for entire FOB. Convoy maintenance crew.

Ensured proper operation of the maintenance platoon, in addition to directing and supervising the platoons daily duties. Counsel and train soldiers, implement corrective actions as necessary.
