Depends.
For example when leaving AIT I was ordered to not give up my seat for any reason and was instructed to inform the airline staff if such an event were to occur that I was traveling on orders.
I doubt they would move me, but you never know.

CSM Charles Hayden Yes, in many cases, folks will resist because they do not like authority. I would not resist unless I had a very good reason to refuse the flight crew. I would not be dragged off of a plane.
