What Battlefield do you want to visit?

Today, February 19th, is the 72nd anniversary of the start of the Iwo Jima battle. One of my goals is to go on one of the yearly tours. There are other places that I want to see, but Iwo Jima is at the top of my list.

Sgt (Join to see) I would like to visit Gettysburg one day. Very sentimental and historical significance! Good read/share for all!

Sgt (Join to see) - Gettysburg is one of the 'sites' that brought tears to my eyes! Brother against brother, what a horrible war! How nice that there was a final resolution!

Gettysburg is really impressive. Especially if you can tour on one of the reenactment weekends.

I want to see Belleau Wood since I served in 5th and 6th Marine regiments.

I would like to visit the site of the battle of Waterloo, read quite a bit about over the years and after Gettysburg which I had the good fortune to take many tours of over the years,it is a very interesting battle to read about and would like to see the terrain where the actual battles were fought.
