For those interested, I am available to review active Army SFC records for the upcoming FY15 AC MSG board (convenes 10 February 2015) during the next 30 days.
Note: Ensure you've completed SSD-4 (required for promotion consideration).
If you are interested in getting your records reviewed, email the following documents to [login to see] :
- DA Photo
- ERB
- Last 3 NCOERs
I will provide feedback (normally by the weekend), even if everything is 'perfect'.
BACKGROUND:
I have over 10 years experience as a Human Resources Specialist (PMOS 42A) and another 11 years experience as an Army Career Counselor (PMOS 79S). I've reviewed ERBs/records on a near-daily basis.
Why do I think I'm qualified to review records?
I was (and still am) thoroughly mentored and I was (and am still) provided with an abundance of career guidance through many sources and I was selected in my first year of eligibility (secondary zone) for SFC, MSG and SGM (not blowing my own horn and I'm not saying I'm even remotely more qualified than anyone else). I was also fortunate enough to review records for the past 10 years for Soldiers considering different career options and NCOs being considered for promotion.

SRFC Harris, You know you got this when you are eligible to be looked at. But with SGM's services at your disposal, it definitely does not hurt!!! Best of luck brother!
