Entered the Army in 1999 as a 91R later converted to 68R. Have had leadership positions from Section NCOIC, Branch NCOIC (Platoon SGT) Equivalent, Squad leader, and Operations NCO from Company to Brigade level for last 5 years. Have attended NCOES through SLC, and SSD4, MRT's level 1 and 2, Battle Staff NCO Course. Here to provide knowledge and insight, and also learn from others
