Take the Values in Action Survey at http://www.authentichappiness.org it will give you a list of 24 character strengths and the top 5 to 7 are what you bring to your A game, utilize those, recommend your subordinates take the test and how best to help them bring their A game based off their signature character strengths

Had to do a book report on that book. I took the survey much to the dismay of my classmates. Turns out my professor (who assigned the book) thought it was a great idea. We all need to look in the mirror to see where we're at before looking around us.

CSM Carl Cunningham - SGM This is the biggest hurdle we face on the training teams certifying level 1's on how to operationalize these skills into our day to day mission even in garrison so a common language and understanding can be formed. But through more and more training the word is finally getting out
