The USS Valley Forge (CG-50) was the fourth Ticonderoga Class Cruiser.

Commissioned in 1986 she was home ported in San Diego and served until she was decommissioned in 2004.

In 2006 she was sunk as a target

Commissioned: 18 January 1986

Decommissioned: 30 August 2004

Sunk as target: 2 November 2006
