As a recruiter, can you still go to schools on your 3yr requirement?

During your intital 3-year assignment, there isn't a prohibition on recruiters attending NCOES schools (you'll go TDY and return) after finishing the Army Recruiter Course.
If you're referring to non-NCOES schools, that's going to be a discussion with your leadership based on mission requirements.

You can try but at the end of the day on recruiting duty the mission and quota comes first. The reality of the matter is it's the middle of a recruiting drought. All of your time will spent finding bodies to join up. It's going to be stressful and an uphill battle. The whole Army is struggling to find viable recruits. This situation will directly impact your availability to free time and other activities.
Recruiting duty is one of the few duties in the military where you will feast or die based on your work results. You could be swimming in awards and meritorious promotions or you could be permanently in the hot seat depending on how many people you have shipping on a monthly basis. Some folks get out there and round people up like it's no big deal. I wish you luck but suggest you try to keep an open perspective on everything. Do what you can but keep an open and honest look at things so you don't get overextended.

Don't think about why you can't do something, think about how you can sell why you should. The services are struggling, but when have they not, but this just means we have to be smarter. Colleges are an Alpha rich environment. Many are starting to wake up to what college really is and how expensive they are.

The short answer is 'Yes'. You are going to be able to attend college courses PART-TIME while in USAREC.
Not knowing your current level of education or goals, here is a really smart way to continue pursuing your education while in recruiting. Make sure you are attending a brick-and-mortar school. Do not forget what you are currently doing for the Army and Nation. Take a class in the middle of the day, make sure you document your Face-to-Face time on campus. The college/university has zero ability to keep a student from being on campus, zero. I am assuming you are going to use TA, or other Federal aid, make sure your classmates know they are paying for you to attend class with them. Make sure you don't forget to sell the USAR to those attending class with you. IF you are not in uniform...which you should most of the time...make sure you are wearing something stating ARMY.
